Finding work and being on felony probation?
I have a 'no contest' plea and I'm currently on probation for a domestic dispute. Will employers see this on my record and will I have a problem finding work? It's my first offense my entire life.

- Yea,, I work for a government agency which checks to see if you have legal issues before we hire. The minute we saw that you would be automatically disqualified for employment. 9Sorry)
- In most case, yes. however,, there temp agency's that will hire you. On the day that you go in, be ready to go to work.
- Yes they will see it if you been convicted and yes you will run into many rejection from potential employers. However in some cases some employers won't use it against you, depending on the job your applying for. If you do have a felony you must disclose it on the job application other wise its an automatic disqualification from the position you apply to, if the employer runs a background check. I don't understand what you mean by "no contest plea" because that doesn't sound like a felony to me. If you need further help email me.
