How to write a sample invitation to our school Career Fair?

I'm on the career fair committee at my school, and volunteered to make the invitations to the board members and some other higher ups at the Board of Education to come see it. These people are not being invited to be presenters, but they are the heads of the various school departments (and our bosses) that we want to come and see our work. I'm having trouble figuring out how to word it.

1. Did you try searching for sample invitations? There are many templates online for a variety of situations.
2. How about something along the lines of ,we would be honored and request your presence to attend our school fair and then just fill in the time and date on the invite.
3. how about this--->> COME ONE COME ALL TO THE SCHOOL FAIR!!! Hi my name is patty princetin and i am inviting you to MY CAREER FAIR, hosted by ME Free food and beverages (no alcohol even though prinicipal rogers loves beer LOL!!!!!!) there will be laughs and lots of love!!! bring a tray of food and enjoy my career fair!!!!!!!!! musical guests include the music teacher, mr. bernie, playing flute RSVP ASAP this is a HOT HOT HOT Event!!!!! $25 for VIP tickets.. including VIP seats to the event and waiter service all night!!!! join us it will be a blast!!!!
