I need some tips for my first time at a career fair?
I have never been to one..I assume I should wear a suit? Too formal? I am not sure..It will be at my University with companies from eBay all the way to Sheriff Departments, so a wide range. I will be coming with some resume's, but I have no clue what to ask the people when I get to their company? I mean, the point is, I want a job...so what are the things I should be asking and doing?

- Remember back in high school when you were looking at colleges? A job fair is similar. Approach it as an informal interview process. If you find something you are really interested in but feel your resume may not be targeted to that specific opening, ask questions, and get the information so you can send them a more specific cover letter with your resume. Then call and schedule an interview. Don't expect to be hired at the fair. They are checking you out and you are checking them out. Dress business casual, then when you go for an actual interview dress the part.
