How do u get a brittish airports airside pass which can get u a job at an airport in uk?

living in ireland and from ireland and looking to get ramp job for summer in uk airport an require an airside pass!

1. You don't get it ahead of get the job, it will be applied for when you are successful in your application. Be warned this can take a good while to get, first they will need to do a criminal records check on you, and that in itself could take 5 weeks, then the application form needs to be completed, and you'll go to an ID centre to be processed and get you ID. This is by appointment only so again this could be 4-5 weeks waiting for that.
2. Wrong way around. You need to get the job first and then your employer will process your security pass for you with the information you have to supply.
3. You get it with the job, but only if you really need it to do your job.
4. You get the job first. Then they issue you with a pass.
