FInding work?

I was wondering if anyone can help me find work? I will be moving to Brighton England soon with my family and, i would like to start working as soon as possible.i am American, but i live in Hungary . I am married to an Hungarian. When i worked in America i was a nurses assitant, i would like something of that sort but , i will clean and so on .If anyone can help please write back.
