Finding work in a foreign country?

Am from Malaysia currently trying to get in Philippines or Australia to work, any ideas or tips? as i am not a cert/degree holder, im finding great difficulties in securing something. My only plus points is the ability to speak good english and my customer service skills. Please help....

1. Try interviewing for companies that have branches in Phillipines or Australia. Study maps and such about those countries and demonstrate that you understand the geography and culture. Also be sure to follow the current events in those countries. Impress your inteviewers by understanding their country. You can try to find a job teaching English in the Phillipines or teaching Malay in Phillipines or Australia. The fact that you are a native speaker is probably enough to get you a job.
