Finding work with a Working Holiday Visa?

I am an Canadian, looking forward to travelling to australia at the end of the year. Already approved for my Working Holiday Visa, just looking for some work. What is my bet for finding work while still in Canada. I am a recent engineering grad, so something engineering or CAD related would be ideal. Cheers.

1. Due to the job restrictions with the WHV it is unlikely that you will gain a job in any engineering type job (its not worth putting you on given you can stay only 6 months). The WHV is more suited to hospitality, administration temping type of jobs.
