whats a good excuse to get a day off on a job i just started 5 days ago?

As hard as it is to get a job these days i was recently hired for a job,the job is decent but nothing i want to make a career out of,anyways i now have a chance to get hired at a better job that has so much more to offer,problem is the process is a little long and i will have to possibly miss a few days at my current job witch could mean losing my current job since i just stated 5 days ago,but it would be worth if i get the other job,anyways any suggestions on a excuse

1. Sister's having a baby, cousins having baby? YOUR HAVING A BABY? lol um anything really as long as it's believable, baby, wedding, funeral (not morally cool), engagement, accident, flu
2. Say you have Chlamydia and need to get it fixed. haha
3. Negative on the whole cousin having a baby. Say that your Mom is meeting with an Oncologist in a neighboring city, she is needing some support while they "talk to her"
