Is it a good idea to get a part-time job during the senior years in high school?

Excluding the summer breaks. Would it affect my grades if I work several hours on Saturdays?

1. Yeah. Especially nowadays, youll want to grab onto a job. And usually senior year is laid back, no matter the classes you have, so it wouldnt hurt to get some extra cash for those all nighter weekends. Enjoy your senior year bud
2. yeah you should actually try and get a job as soon as you turn 16
3. I say I would concentrate on school..that's ur job.. to be a student. But if you are looking for a job I would make sure I can handle my classes and doing good in them first.
4. working part time on the weekend isn't too bad just make sure that you don't neglect school assignments for money
5. Yes as long as you study you won't slide in grades
