Is it volunteer or a job?

I help my parents with their garden every weekend for the past 2 summers. We pick vegetables and flowers and drive back to the city to sell them at the farmer's market. Would it be considered as volunteer or a job? I do get a small amount of money for help. And if it is a volunteer or a job then how do I write that on my resume? How would I word it professionally on my resume?

4. It's a job, because you get paid. The title "volunteer" is just a pay rate. A volunteer is unpaid. An employee is paid. You write it as: gardening assistant farming assistant gardening support farming support You describe both the physical labor you engage in as well as the marketing you do (selling at the market)
