Is eee a good enginnering subject and how are the placements of this branch?

i queit in a fix about whether to take eee or not since few of my relatives told me that ppl who take eee dont get a job easly coz many companies dont select them.they say that ppl who take eee do half of pure of electrical and half of elecronics.

Its nothing like that, people who did eee will be 60% electrical and 40% electronics, and they will be mostly doing something related with electro mechanical works. The only thing is that you have to study which ever you are taking and should talk well on the subject to others. I don't think that there is something called placement or something, because guys/ gals who studied mechanical, electrical or any other branches are doing IT related or Call centre jobs by getting placed in some companies. They are mostly doing non- technical jobs.

first of all choosing your branch is depend upon your interest. and if you like eee branch then go for it. bcoz eee is a good barnch and great scope. trust me i m also dng b.tech
