Would I have a chance at getting a job at Starbucks with no experience?

I want to apply for a job at a Starbucks inside of a Barnes & Noble, and I'm 17 years old with no work experience. The only thing I have going for me is that I've been a girl scout for a long time and I have experience selling cookies to people outside of stores at cookie booths, so I know what it's like to interact with customers and whatnot. Should I even try? Would they consider hiring someone without experience?

2. There are plenty of potential hurdles for teenagers in work, many of them legislative, moms and dads are required to be vigilant about that. There is plenty of guidance from the website in the box below on this subject, they also have guidance for all peeps who are looking for work, or who are required to change careers.
3. Everyone has to start off somewhere with a job, so i would apply for it because you never know. good luck :) you could always try somewhere else.
4. Mention the cookie booths in your application. You can start most places with no experience. You have to start somewhere dont you? Goodluck.
